Important information for patients with UnitedHealthcare health insurance plans

We are pleased to share that Saint Agnes and UnitedHealthcare have reached a new multi-year agreement that will reinstate your in-network access to the Saint Agnes facilities, and health care providers you trust.  

You may once again schedule appointments and seek care at Saint Agnes as normal.   
 

Thank you for your patience and support as we worked to reach a fair agreement with UnitedHealthcare. This will allow us to provide the high-quality care our patients and community members rely on. Saint Agnes and UnitedHealthcare have reached a fair agreement that will reinstate access to in-network care with Saint Agnes hospitals, facilities, and health care providers. Patients should continue to visit our facilities and doctors for care as normal.

You can keep your appointment or contact your physician’s office directly to reschedule and move your appointment up sooner, as space allows.

No action is required at this time. You may continue to visit RHM for care at in-network costs.
