About Central Valley Health Plan
Central Valley Health Plan (CVHP) is a State of California licensed health plan (Restricted Knox-Keene), wholly owned by Saint Agnes Medical Center, that offers Humana Medicare Advantage plans to residents of Fresno and Madera counties. CVHP started as a collaborative effort, combining the strengths of a community hospital and IPA/Medical Group with long-standing commitments to serve the health needs of the local community.
Together, CVHP and Saint Agnes Medical Center are part of Trinity Health, a leading not-for-profit Catholic health system serving communities across the country with 92 hospitals and hundreds of primary, specialty and continuing care centers in 22 states.
