This year's employee giving campaign—IMAGINE: Fulfilling Our Promise TogethER—gives you the opportunity to support our new Emergency Department and get some exclusive Saint Agnes swag in return!
Beginning July 1, you’re invited to make a pledge to support our new Emergency Department. By donating as little as $5 per pay period, you can make a lasting impact on the lives of your coworkers and patients—now that’s something to be proud of!
How it works
- Choose your pledge level: $5, $10, $20, $30, $40 or $50
- Saint Agnes/Trinity Health Colleagues: pledges will be automatically deducted per pay period
- Saint Agnes Medical Providers: pledges will be made per month on credit card
- Get exclusive Saint Agnes swag based on your giving level
Levels of giving
- $5: Anywhere belt bag
- $10: Campaign t-shirt and belt bag
- $20: Backpack, campaign t-shirt, belt bag
- $30: Stanley® cup, backpack, campaign t-shirt, belt bag
- $40: Under Armour® quarter zip, Stanley® cup, backpack, campaign t-shirt, belt bag
- $50: Under Armour® jacket full zip, Under Armour® quarter zip, Stanley® cup, backpack, campaign t-shirt, belt bag
Donations of $10 or more per pay period will receive a campaign t-shirt that can be worn with jeans every Friday in July, August and September!
