Hours & Directions

Whether you come to Saint Agnes from around the corner or out of town, our colleagues, clinicians and physicians are here to make your experience with us as comfortable as possible.

The following information can help you and your caregivers navigate the floors, find parking near the Medical Center, and the hours and times that are best to visit. If at any time you are in need of assistance, please do not hesitate to ask a staff member for help. We are here to assist you in any way we can.

General Hospital Visiting: 9:30 a.m.- 8 p.m., daily

After-hours visits are accommodated in select areas and under special circumstances. Please discuss with the patient’s nurse.

Maternity Visiting: 9:30 a.m.- 8 p.m., daily

No children under age 12 permitted except siblings of newborns.

Quiet Time: To ensure our maternity patients get the well-needed rest they deserve, the Labor and Delivery floor observes Quiet Time, from 2-4 p.m., daily. Visitors will not be permitted during this time.

Critical Care Visiting: 9:30 a.m.- 8 p.m., daily

(immediate family only)

Hospital Entrances

All patients are being directed to a single point of entry to the Medical Center – Hospital Entrance/Patient Registration (1-North), unless instructed otherwise. Signage to this effect has been posted at the locked entrances.

If you are unsure about the location of the patient you are visiting, we encourage you to call the hospital operator, (559) 450-3000, prior to your arrival. Be sure to ask in which wing the room is located. This information will be especially helpful in choosing the parking lot and entrance closest to where you will be visiting.

Valet Parking

We’re pleased to announce valet parking is back and available for all patients and visitors. Valet services are free and accessible 7 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday-Friday, in front of our Hospital Entrance/Patient Registration on the east side of the campus. For a valet parking map, click here. Self-parking is available in the front of the North and West wings.

Outpatient Surgery North (OPSN)

Saint Agnes Outpatient Surgery North (OPSN) is a 12,000-square-foot dedicated surgical center owned and operated by Saint Agnes Medical Center. If you are a surgical patient receiving care at our outpatient facility, everything from check-in, to your procedure and discharging will all be from one central location. Patient and visitor parking is available in the front of the building.
