Our Patient Financial Services Department at Saint Agnes understands that a visit to the hospital can be a stressful experience. Our goal is to ensure that nothing interferes with your healing process, especially any concerns you may have about your financial commitment to Saint Agnes. 

Saint Agnes partners with many health care plans, including Medicare and Medi-Cal. Chances are good that your health insurance plan is among those we accept. It is Saint Agnes Medical Center's policy to request your estimated deductible or co-pay before you leave. We accept payment by cash, check, and several major credit cards. If you are not prepared to pay at that time, our Patient Financial Services Department will be happy to work with you to design a short-term payment plan that meets your needs. 

What are the different ways I can pay my bill?

    As an added convenience for our patients, Saint Agnes is pleased to offer online bill payment. With one simple click, you can review your account details, update insurance information, and make quick and easy payments.

  • In Person

    To pay for your bill in-person, or if you have billing-related questions, our Benefit Advocates are available Monday-Saturday, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Our Patient Financial Services Department is located just inside our Patient Registration area (Outpatient Center entrance – far east side of the Medical Center, south of the Emergency Department). For after-hour or weekend support, our Outpatient registrars can assist you with payments or other questions.

What if I can't pay my bill within 45 days?


If you request a short-term, interest-free payment plan, please contact our office at (559) 450-7262. If you feel your balance poses a financial hardship, you may also apply for our Financial Support Program to see if you are eligible for a discount. Can I get a cost estimate for my hospital services?


Believing that patients have a right to be informed about their potential financial liability for hospital services, Saint Agnes makes its hospital charges readily available, upon request. To view the Price Estimator, click here, or contact financial assistance at (559) 450-7262. 

It's important to understand that hospital charges vary based on the type of care being delivered. Prices for the same services can differ from patient to patient, depending on the individual's health condition or other complications. To request a price estimate or to find out if you qualify for financial assistance, please call (559) 450-7262, Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. to speak with a Benefit Advocate. Saint Agnes also posts a yearly chargemaster at the Office of Statewide Health and Planning Development. You can obtain this information by visiting the OSHPD website.
