Our goal is to ensure that nothing interferes with your healing process, especially any concerns you may have about your financial commitment to Saint Agnes if you received medical care with us. While it is our policy to request your estimated deductible or co-pay before you leave our hospital, if you are not prepared to pay at that time, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-626-7272 and we will be happy to work with you to design a short-term payment plan that meets your needs.

As an added convenience for our patients, Saint Agnes is pleased to offer online bill payment. With one simple click, you can review your account details, update insurance information and make quick and easy payments.
For services received on or after August 12, 2023
If you received a statement with a date of service on or after August 12, 2023, you can now pay your bill online through MyChart by clicking "Pay your bill through MyChart" below. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

For assistance with paying your bill over the phone, please call Customer Service support at 1-866-626-7272; we are available Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PST). For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards.

Believing that patients have a right to be informed about their potential financial liability for hospital services, Saint Agnes makes its hospital charges readily available, upon request. You can view our Price Estimator here or call Customer Service at 1-866-626-7272 for more information.
It's important to understand that hospital charges vary bsaed on the type of care being delivered. Prices for the same services can differ from patient to patient, depending on the individual's health condition or other complications.

Saint Agnes also posts a yearly chargemaster through the California Department of Health Care Access and Information (CDHCAI). You can get more information about Hospital Chargemasters through the CDHCAI website.
Bad Debt Policy
We offer resources to help patients manage outstanding medical financial obligations. Unfortunately, there may be some cases where accounts go unpaid for an extended period of time. Saint Agnes developed its Bad Debt Policy to define how patient bad debt accounts are identified and handled for our hospital.

No Surprises Billing Act - Balance Billing Protections
The No Surprises Act protects patients from large and unexpected surprise bills for out-of-network emergencies and certain non-emergency services provided at in-network health care facilities.
