Trinity's employees would be better served if Trinity's computer system was more inclusive. It did not bring up a crucial blood test I had only weeks ago. But It was in the computer data base.

The only and biggest problem I had was with my appointment emails. It had no time and did not say where the appointment was. I arrived 20 minutes early and spent 30 minutes running around the facility just to find out where I was supposed to be and what building I was supposed to at. Unbelievable!!!

The provider is awesome but the facility needs to be changed. It is ridiculous to have a ramp for orthopedic patients to use. That was poor planning and should be fixed. There is not even an elevator!!

Would like quicker follow up on 2nd consultation after being given surprising news. Time to digest, write down questions and come back in for answers in a more timely manner. Being told you need surgery, damage could happen with failing implant and then having to wait 3 months for a follow-up is a bit frustrating.

Poor communication with office staff & interaction of the system. Pre-service registrations were poor as the staff did not leave a full name but just the first name. When calling back, you need to key in the first & last name. If you don’t have the last name, you get transferred to multiple people. Additionally, the tests were provided in duplication euchre caused inconveniences.
