Recently, I had a medical appointment that left me feeling quite dissatisfied. I made an online appointment and was advised to be there at 7:20 AM. It was there at 7:20 AM but the building was closed, went to several entrances but everything was locked. I had to wait another 40 minutes to see my provider. I felt that I was misled and wasted 40 minutes of my precious time.

She had me do labs before coming to see her and found I had a UTI that she notified me of to start medication before my visit.. I would have been in so much pain if she had not done this.
