Please know I had an excellent video visit with Dr. Chen on Friday morning, November 29, 2024, the day after Thanksgiving. Dr. Chen immediately understood my health issue. He asked targeted questions, he clearly explained my options which gave me peace of mind, and I followed his advice. Dr. Chen made a follow-up telephone call to me after the weekend for which I am very grateful.
