Breast Nurse Navigator

The diagnosis of breast cancer can be very overwhelming for a patient and the treatment plan often requires many steps. Key to guiding a patient successfully through the process is the role of our Nurse Navigator. From the moment of diagnosis through treatment and recovery, our Nurse Navigator is here to answering questions, provide oral support, consult with the health care team and making referrals to other resources. She will serve as a personal advocate for each patient and their loved ones, providing emotional support and paving the way for a safe and smooth care experience.
