Akshatha G V Gowda, MD

Saint Agnes is pleased to introduce internal medicine physician Akshatha Gowda, MD, as a new provider at Saint Agnes Internal Medicine Physician Residency Clinic.

Dr. Gowda comes to Saint Agnes after practicing at Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno and at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Gowda completed her residency training at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in La Crosse, Wisconsin, and received her medical degree from Mysore Medical College, India.

Dr. Gowda chose to be become a physician to offer her community the highest quality treatments with the kind of care they deserve. She became an internal medicine physician because of the wide spectrum of care she can provide.

In her free time, Dr. Gowda enjoys reading, learning music, traveling and spending time with family.

Dr. Gowda is fluent in Hindi and Kannada. She is also a member of the American College of Physicians.
