About
Dr. Nelson has a passion for providing exceptional care to patients of all backgrounds. She focuses on preventative care and has worked to implement several quality improvement strategies in the primary care setting.
Dr. Nelson comes to Saint Agnes after practicing internal and hospital medicine at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, PA.
After being born and raised in Fresno, she completed an Internal Medicine Residency Program at Lehigh Valley Health Network/University of South Florida College of Medicine Program. She earned her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean.
Dr. Nelson has always been interested in the medical sciences. She chose to be a physician to ultimately focus on Internal Medicine to help take care of people as a whole and allow their individuality and unique characteristics play a role in their own health.
During her free time, Dr. Nelson enjoys baking, learning new recipes, hiking, skiing and traveling with family.
She is a member of the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Nelson is currently accepting new patients.
