Dr. Nelson is very patient and considerate of my needs. Also, if I ever need to contact her on line, she always responds quickly.
During my interaction with the doctor, I noticed that she exhibited rushed and hurried behavior, which could be attributed to her busy schedule. Despite this, she conveyed a sense of confidence and effectiveness, which helped alleviate my concerns about the rushed interaction.
Dr Nelson is very professional, easy to talk to, addresses all issues necessary.

Another of the helpers who took me to the room where I would see the doctor was very kind.
The doctor explained what might be wrong and explained how to care for myself to relieve symptoms.
Dr. Nelson has been more attentive in the past, she may have been tired which is understandable. The lower rating I gave (which was not a low rating in my 0pinion) was for that time only. Before this, I have given her above average ratings.
Caring, listens, not in a rush and covers all the bases during appointment.

Other visits provider seemed attentive and kind. This visit provider arrived 25 minutes late to my appointment; seemed agitated and didn't say anything supportive or kind until I was leaving the room.

Having recently completed my career in education I have some understanding of demands placed on us in careers and how very full our days can become with the various demands of our jobs. Medical professionals are pulled in many directions every day. I have a goal (personally) of pointing out to these professionals that they are appreciated. I know what hearing these words can mean any given day.
Needs to have compassion for ALL patients and to understand not everyone understands medical terms/jargon. Should speak to patients at their level.
Dr. Nelson always welcomes me with a smile and is concerned with my well being.

Need at least one chair in exam room with arms. The new chairs seem lower, have no arms for those ofus who need them to lift our body, plus the slide across the slock floor. Cant get traction to get a good footing. Fortunately the doctor left the door open and I could call for some help. Very embarassing end to a very good appointment! Access is important!

I had to schedule a new patient appointment that was a couple of months out, but I was notified of a cancellation and got in a lot quicker than anticipated. Dr. Nelson was warm and caring and heard all of my concerns followed by planned follow ups.
