About
Dr. Ruelan specializes in family medicine and provides direct patient care while also serving as faculty for Saint Agnes’ growing number of family medicine physician residents.
Dr. Ruelan received her bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and her medical degree from A. T. Still University, School of Osteopathic Medicine in Mesa, Arizona. She completed her residency in family medicine with University of California San Francisco, Fresno.
She chose to become a physician so she could give back to her community and support good health in the Central Valley.
In her free time, Dr. Ruelan enjoys traveling and reading. She is fluent in English and Visayan.
