When i called on the existing patient line I was put on hold for 25min 2x in one day. Had to end up doing a mychart message
Everyone with professional got me in quick and out and answered all my questions
from my previous message... I can't take NSAIDS only Tylenol. It would have been nice to have been seen, had some pain meds to start taking, and be seen by another provider, since there seemed to be more than 1, than pushing me off to the next day.
