Community Sponsorship

At Saint Agnes, we believe in the power of collaboration to create a healthier, stronger community. Our partnerships with local non-profit organizations, community groups, and health initiatives are vital to our mission of promoting health equity, education, and increasing access to care for all. By supporting the efforts of community organizations, we can tackle social determinants of health, promote prevention, and provide resources to those who need them most.

Supporting local health and well-being

Every year, our hospital allocates funding to community-based programs and organizations that align with our mission of health improvement and community engagement. Sponsorship and partnership requests that align with our primary focus areas will be given highest priority of consideration for funding.

Our primary focus areas are:

  • Access to care
  • Food security
  • Neighborhood safety

Additional focus areas include:

  • Economic security
  • Homelessness
  • Behavioral health
  • Chronic disease management

We understand many organizations may seek funding for single events; while single events will be accepted for consideration, we will prioritize annual sponsorships to ensure the work that an organization is doing will continue benefitting our communities throughout the year.

Funding decisions

All requests for funding and sponsorship will be prioritized based on sponsorship criteria, organization and event alignment with Saint Agnes' areas of focus, and available budget. Requests will be reviewed twice per year:

  • At the end of the fiscal year (May)
  • At the beginning of the calendar year (January)

Please allow up to eight weeks for requests to be thoroughly processed. Once a decision has been made, we will contact the Requestor as noted in the Community Partnership and Sponsorship Request Form.

Sponsorship and partnership request procedure

If you are part of a 501(c)3 or 501(c)6 organization that shares our vision of a healthier community and would like to partner with Saint Agnes through sponsorship or funding, we invite you to submit a request for funding. We provide financial support to programs and projects that address the most pressing health needs and contribute to improving the overall well-being of the community.

When submitting your request for funding, please include the following:

  • A detailed description of your event, including different levels of sponsorship
    • We encourage you to upload any event graphic or flyer when submitting your request
  • Organization's Tax ID or W-9
    • You will need to submit these forms regardless of any previous sponsorship or partnership with Saint Agnes
