Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship

Welcome to Saint Agnes Medical Center's Hospice and Palliative Care Fellowship Program.

We will start our inaugural class of 2 fellows in July 2023. Located in Fresno, California, our 1-year fellowship program contains rotations in hospice, inpatient palliative care, community-based palliative care and electives. Unique focus on leadership training in interdisciplinary teams, crucial conversations, healthcare ethics, telemedicine, geriatrics, payer partnerships and managed care. Concurrent opportunities in research and quality audits. Excellent learning environment in a community-hospital setting with residents, medical students and allied trainees.

We are located in California’s Central Valley, we are in close proximity to Yosemite and only around 2 hours from the coast. We are truly located in an ideal location that is in close proximity to whatever adventure you want to pursue.
