Count the Kicks
We are proud to partner with Count the Kicks to help educate our community about the dangers of preventable stillbirth in the third trimester of pregnancy. In 2021, Fresno County had a fetal mortality rate of 5.76 per every 1,000 babies born. Stillbirth is a health crisis in our community, which is why Saint Agnes and Count the Kicks are working together to offer free resources for expectant parents to help them combat preventable risks and learn more about their babies' health in the third trimester.
Count the Kicks mobile app
Keeping track of your baby's movements is crucial to monitoring their health. Thanks to the FREE Count the Kicks app, the hard work is done for you. Every time you feel your baby kick, jab or shift, open the app and start a timer to see how long it takes your baby to make 10 movements.
Over time, you'll be able to look at your baby's movement trends, which can help you notice if they become less active. This toll helps you get to know your baby and recognize when it may be time to seek medical attention.
