EM Resident Completes Health Rotation in Mozambique

The Saint Agnes Emergency Medicine (EM) Residency Program recently teamed up with Riverside Interational Outreach (Team RIOT) to send one of our residents to Mozambique to assist with traning fellow residents. Moazambique launched its inaugural emergency medicine residency program to establish more medical care in various underserved areas of the country.

Our resident was present with Team RIOT to help with point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS), undifferentiated shock, creating drips, running simulation labs and so much more.
